I am an authorized card user for this purchase and I am aware of this making this purchase. I have read my order description and I agree with the purchase terms and conditions. I understand and agree to the processing and shipping times for my order item(s) 

• Please note that all custom units are made on a sewing machine.
• Please allow 14-21 business days for custom units from our collection to  process for shipment. Sales may extend processing time.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received or when hair is received
• Shipping is 2-7 business days Excluding Weekends
• **Order will be canceled if hair is not received within the TWO WEEK time frame**
• Payment due in FULL !
• Payments can be processed through PayPal, Sezzle, ShopPay, or regular check out..
• Please make sure you have the CORRECT shipping address. Once the order is placed changes can not be made. 
• If shipping and billing address are not the same you will be refunded.
• Once items is shipped a shipping confirmation will be sent via email. Once the carrier has the packages we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the package.
  • Kimbella Kollection LLC is NOT responsible for your unit not fitting properly, if you have failed to provide the correct head measurements.
