  • Please note that all custom units are made on a sewing machine.
  • Please allow 14-21 business days excluding weekends and holidays for custom units from our collection to  process for shipment. Sales may extend processing time.
  • Custom Wigs 14-21 Business Days excluding Weekends and Holidays!!!
  • Ready to Ship same day if order placed by 5pm.. If not next business day
  • Wig Restoration 3-5 Business Days once package is received. Excluding Weekends and Holidays!!!
  • Provide your own hair 5-7 Business Days once package is received. Excluding Weekends and Holidays!!!

  • U.S. 2-3 Business Days Via UPS Ground/ USPS Priority Mail
  • International 5-10 Business Days Via UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedite, UPS Worldwide Saver, USPS Priority Mail International

RETURNS/REFUNDS

  • If you have any issues with your product, please let us know we want to help as much as possible.
  • Please make sure you have the CORRECT shipping address. Once the order is placed changes cannot be made. 
  • If shipping and billing address are not the same you will be refunded.
  • Once items are shipped a shipping confirmation will be sent via email. Once USPS/UPS has the packages we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the package.
  • Returns are only offered if there has been an issue of wrong product.
  • ALL SALE ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! Due to the nature of the product which is human hair extensions and once its used it cannot be resold.
