 How to get proper head measurements?

Kimbella Kollection is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units. Please be sure to send in the correct measurements to get a secure proper fitted unit. 

   How long will it take to receive the unit? 
➖ It takes 2-3 for processing and 7-21 business for the unit to be made. Shipping takes about 1-3 days to arrive. 

 Can you cut the lace before shipping out unit?

➖  Yes, we do offer this service. All you need to do is add in the notes that you would like your lace cut.

 Do you accept Afterpay?

➖ Yes, we do accept Afterpay along with Klarna, Shoppay, Zip, etc. You will see this option at checkout.

 Do wigs have to be purchased from Kimbella Kollection to request the Wig Restoration service?

➖  No, we offer the Wig Restoration service from other companies. The hair must be human hair. 

Can I request for a specific unit to be colored?

➖  Yes, just email us the color you desire.

Are your wigs glueless? Do your wigs comes with an elastic band?

➖  Yes, our units are completely glueless and elastic bands are attached to every unit.
